Refund Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
New subscriptions
If TouchMenu isn't right for your restaurant, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason, and we'll refund that payment in full.
If a promo code made your first period free, the 14 days start from your first paid charge instead.
Renewals
Renewal payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time before your renewal date to stop the next renewal. The software keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Changing plans
Switch plans with the link in your receipt email rather than buying a second plan. A switch keeps your subscription, so it doesn't start a new 14 days.
If you bought a second subscription by mistake instead of switching, write to us and we'll cancel and refund the second one.
After a refund
A refunded subscription ends, and its licence key stops working. TouchMenu then asks for a key again. Your menu, orders and settings stay on your computer.
How to ask
Write to support@touchmenu.app with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our reseller, Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for your purchase, and its Buyer Terms apply to it. Lemon Squeezy may also refund a payment itself under those terms, for example to settle a payment dispute. This policy doesn't take away any rights you have under laws that can't be changed by agreement.
